What is My Scans app?

It is a great mobile scanner app that will help you Scan, Organise and Correct documents. You can save it in PDF, share it or send it by email or FAX.

How do I scan a document?

Click on + button – Scan Document by pressing the camera button. The app will detect the edges and and auto correct image quality and light adjustments.

How do I fill, sign and correct the document after I scanned it?

Click the button Annotate. Use blur to hide parts of your document by dragging your finger over areas you wish to be blurred. Add text or highlight it.

Add a stamp and sign the document by taking a photo of your signature or sign it directly in the app by using your finger. The signature/ stamp will be stored for later use.

Can I share scans as PDF?

Yes, you can. Click Share – Send via Email and tap PDF. The app will automatically convert your file to PDF and send it.

How can I send scans by FAX?

Tap on Share button and choose ”Send by FAX”. Choose which pages you want to send, enter fax number and tap Send.

Each page you send cost 1 credit, you can top up your balance with in-app purchases.

What is Top App Cloud?

With Top App Cloud you can synchronise documents between your devices, access files on computer via Web browser, collaborate with others using shared folders and share or receive files through Download and Receive links.

To view files from computer visit cloud.topapp.si .

How can I share files with my colleagues?

With My Scans you can share folders with other Top App Cloud members.
All files you save in a shared folder will be synchronised between all members.

To add a new member to a shared folder top on a bottom right corner of a folder you wish to share. Enter email of a person and tap Add.

You can set a certain permission for a person like ”Can Modify”, ”Can manage share”.

I don't need My Scans app anymore. How can I cancel subscription?

iOS users:

You can manage and cancel all your subscriptions in your iPhone settings – [your name] – iTunes & App Store. Tap Apple ID – view Apple ID – Subscriptions.

Android users:

You can manage and cancel all your subscriptions in Google Play – My Subscriptions – Manage – Cancel Subscription.

My phone was stolen and someone made a purchase in My Scans. How can I get a refund?

iOS users:

Request a refund on Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Android users:

Request a refund in Google Play – Report a Problem page.
